There was a template-thingie going around a Discord server I'm in to post your personal Game of the Year for every year since you were born, so I figured it makes for a good addendum to this old "Top 25 Games" post.

In my hometown for a wedding and while the towns a dump at least there's the local arcade to get me through the visits here.
Half the machines are always broken or sticky from loose kids or drunk adults, and the place *really* needs air conditioning, but the selection is great (for back-water UK).

I got called in for Jury Duty today and couldn't find anything traditionally smart to wear.
I obviously can't say much, but I do think that given everyone else in the jury turned up in jeans and hoodies I, dressed like this, may have accidentally become an Ace Attorney NPC for the day by.

There's also my Switch Year in Review but... I barely used it this year honestly. Most of those 122 hours in September were me forgetting to close Splatoon 3/turn the console off while it sat in the dock for a month untouched on the game's main menu.

If I've got 400 hours in Baldur's Gate 3, I played Baldur's Gate 3 for the first time this year, and Baldur's Gate 3 is only 20% of my playtime this year, that means I've spent 2,000 hours this year playing video games... 83 full days.
That's probably healthy and reasonable.

If I've got 400 hours in Baldur's Gate 3, I played Baldur's Gate 3 for the first time this year, and Baldur's Gate 3 is only 20% of my playtime this year, that means I've spent 2,000 hours this year playing video games... 83 full days.

What are 4 albums that would serve as an introduction to your taste?
First three were easy, the last one I spent forever trying to pick between like four different albums by different arists all of wildly different genres. Ended up sticking to one closer to my more general tastes in the end though.
