did a jack-o-lantern last minute yesterday - made seeds, pretty decent! I almost enjoy the process of cooking more than eating them; picking seeds from the guts feels very involved & a little intimate & i imagine the pumpkin is happy to spill its guts if it means someone appreciates the life inside.
