The body of the email reads: Hello wonderful MoPOP curatorial team, I'm writing as both a huge fan of MoPOP's film and television exhibitions, and of the tv show Our Flag Means Death. Our fandom just noticed that a whole bunch of the costumes and props are being auctioned [hyperlink to auction], and I felt like I had to bring it to your attention in case there is even a remote chance of any of it ending up in your collections. Our fandom is extremely passionate and dedicated, recently raising over $100k for trans youth organizations in our own auction.
