Twitter is meh and full of 2015.
Threads is boring and full of 2017.
We'll see what this platform is.

Platform goal is 0 followers.
Who knows, but first thought is that time at an individual scale doesn't scale. You can create a logistics company to remove UPS and Fed-Ex from your business/expenses and deliver millions of packages to customers.

You can't create a toothpaste company that brushes your teeth faster in the morning.

Newsom terms out in 2026. He'll claim when he was in charge things ran great and went to heck when he left. It won't be true. It won't matter.

Newsom desperately needs her not to run. He can have all the manufactured personality he wants, she is genuine.

Clinton/Obama 2027 edition.

In researching a bit about CA being the "4th largest economy", got embarrassed upon learning what an economic powerhouse the South is in relation to the other regions.

Also for all the talk about 4th, CA probably underperforms given its geographical benefits.

"Cancel culture" dying with the end of twitter was a wonderful side benefit.

People such as Terry Moran can still be cancelled from tweets, but that's a completely different world from random girl makes bad joke, gets on plane to Africa, and is unemployed by the time she lands.

"Life isn't all Evil Billionaires"

The side effect (benefit?) being that journalists on these platforms don't have nearly the juice to be as panicky anymore and when they do, fewer listen.

AI generated YouTube/Instagram Shorts. Imagine TikTok will continue to be a viable platform as well. None of the text based platforms reach anymore.

It's really hard to hate the average voter AND get them to vote for you. As the RNC has learned, there's only one Trump.

His story could be so wildly different had it not been for getting drafted by the Raiders.

Blue Sky is not real life…

We're pretty well off on the tax bracket. Oldest came down to two schools. One was a public with no grants. Other was a private offering 120k in grants, still $15K a year more.

Had a definite {phew} when she chose the highly rated California UC.

Blue checks were horribly broken before Musk. Somehow (monetization) he made them far worse.

Though slapping @dril.bsky.social with a blue checkmark was one for the ages.

Correct take.

Hoping this movie earns a billion dollars so the insane left can complain about Gal Gadot and the insane right can complain about Rachel Ziegler.

Looking forward to banks creating residential loans structured like commercial loans. Should insure no one ever gets out of debt.

He’s the new Hunter Biden but with more baby mamas and fewer art sales.

Imagine the last President saying he’d give Ukraine piles of modern military equipment while creating enough sanctions to turn Russia into a vassal state of China.

Instead we got no American boots will be on the ground in Ukraine.

Oh well, we’ve been going isolationist since GW.
