Raiders need to commit to a full rebuild and get assets for Maxx. I’d be happy if he gets to go to a contender for once. They’re far away from any type of contention, might as well get the best of what you can for him with how valuable he is.

He did interviews for the HC position with multiple teams, I wouldn’t say ever. If that’s so, Why would they bother interviewing him at all? Waste of time

I know Minnesota paid him 6 million more to stay Defensive Coordinator, but I’m really surprised, after his run with the Vikings, that nobody has tried harder to pry him away

He’s not the worst for what’s replacing McDermott. For what the offense was basically working with Kincaid, Cook, Allen and sometimes Shakir, they were still effective.
