Personally, my last resort is to force myself to not move at all, even if I'm not in a comfortabel position. It's pretty hard, but if I manage to do it, I usually fall asleep pretty quickly

OC : characyer you drew that isn't representing you (even if it could be self insert)

Sona : Depiction of you, with some kind of big flourish (as in "You in a different kind of world")

"you" : Depiction of you without big flourish (pretty much just a self portrait)
