For what it's worth, there is a mod for Tarkov, Single Player Tarkov (SPT) that is essentially the PVE mode altho it's offline so no co-op, but since it's a mod you can customize it with submods. It's still 50$ smackers tho, so ymmv

The one thing that lives in my head forever is when he announced his daughter died, I was confused. He was talking about her as a newborn during the Drakengard thread in 2009, but she died in 2019...and was apparently 16? I just assumed I was misremembering at the time

I actively read most of Id's threads from like 2009 to 2012 and even actively posting in his threads I had no idea he claimed he be an ex-mercenary soldier warrior. I just thought he was a dude with a kid with medical issues
