Easiest way to cook rice:
Wash well & rinse before going into a pot. Cold water in until it's 1 and bit inches above the level of the rice. Pot onto stove with lid on. Bring to boil, stir, put lid back on & bring back to the boil for a minute, turn heat off (yes), keep the lid on. Will be perfect!
