Well Upper East Side and to a lesser extent Upper West Side is where all the money is, and that's where the votes for Cuomo concentrated, despite most of the rest of the boro voting for Mamdani. Also the Tribeca area is probably decently wealthy too?

I spend almost as much time thinking about new things as I do trying to make sure everyone knows what we're currently doing. I wish I didn't have to do so much of the latter. But maybe that's Big Corp Problems.
