After a long day of work, there's something strangely delightful about having your two-year-old come find you in the bathroom to inform you with some gravity that they, too, are pooping. 😂

I finally broke free of the mold of the "perfect daughter," which led to the repercussions I predicted - bc no one wants me to be anything other than the perfect daughter. And yet, cultural obligations (and that too-familiar pull to just "shut up and do what they say") still has me in a chokehold. 💀

Hubby introduced EDM to our toddler and she now asks for it repeatedly in the car, calling it "boom boom beats" 😂

My two-year-old had a big tantrum over taking a bath and I figured out it's not about the bath - it's bc she didn't see me all day and got upset that she didn't have more playtime with me before the bath. So I spent the next 20 min carrying her around, per her request, until my arm ached. 🫠
