It's an interesting idea when it's not forced on you and you can select languages you don't want translated but of course YouTube can't fathom this being a thing. It literally translates German to English and English to German sometimes, like it can't even decide

Alternatively there's some pretty good open source painting software out there like krita, and i think there's a new one called pixieditor that gamesfromscratch made a video on recently

I think ai reasoning would make a jump if the model was allowed to turn simple questions like this into code and run it. I think with the current architecture aside from reinforcing specific questions like the strawberry one in training data it'll never be fully accurate with this stuff

On x11 i had to use a hacked together version of vesktop which allowed me to use cameras as stream sources so i could use obs virtual cam for hardware accelerated streaming on discord 💀

I swapped to Wayland as soon as nvidia got things in a decent place for it. It solves the problem of discord streaming lagging your games due to a lack of hardware acceleration, since on Wayland that's handled by pipewire capture which i believe uses gpu

Yeah that makes sense, with nvidia you really always wanna be on the latest driver (when it doesn't introduce some ridiculous regression)

Yeah i tried it and could not understand how anyone can play anything with this. Even when going from 72 to 144 it's bad

I see, on arch it's working fine for me on kde. I do know there are issues when VRR is on (typical nvidia) but with it off it's a pretty good experience for me here
