This is why I encourage people to be poll workers. It's long hour days a few times per year and the compensation is trash.... but we can oversee our little districts and make sure shady shit doesn't happen.

The local PD reported that it was a glitch in the reporting system that has since been addressed. PD 'gently' reminded parents that rushing to the school to get their kids could hinder rescue services if the threat was real.
