3/4 I picked these two postcards as I found them the most poignant. One says "el derecho de vivir en paz" (the right to live in peace) which is a song by Victor Jara.

2/4 The juxtaposition of this visit with my trip back is in my face. Many in the US, especially those aligned and in this current administration, would rather bury and forget the injustices committed during our history but all history, whether we like it or not, must be preserved.
