We have a ***BUSY*** Week here at the Carny Grounds, double streams all week long! Come hang out show some love to the whole cast and all our lovely guests!

Musician friends, what are some albums thay inspire you the most?

I’ll drop some of mine below.
Mudvayne - L.D. 50 Mudvayne’s first full album release, featuring extremely chunky instrumental sound, melodic and guttural vocals interchanged regularly. An existential topical album about everything from the meaning of life to loss and even hatred for the manipulation of the music industry. System of a Down - Steal This Album! System of a Down’s 3rd album, a more on-the-nose politically themed album with lyrics that are still highly relevant today. Metaphor is often left by the wayside in lieu of a more direct and in-your-face approach to delivery of both lyrics and instrumentation. Heavy focuses on the failures of society, war profiteering, and media interference. Static-X - Wisconsin Death Trip Static-X’s first album release. A buzzy, high octane album; full of distortion, drum machine-precise rhythms delivered by human hands, and a wholly unique vocal performance from Wayne Static. Album focuses predominantly on drug use and the surrounding events. Cypress Hill - Cypress Hill Cypress Hill’s self-titled album, packed full of some of the best 90’s rap you could ever ask for (in my opinion).
