It is about 40 refineries in Russia. But they are large.
So a single drone cannot take them out. But each drone lower that capacity.
Count at least 10-20 drones to reach not able to repair during war.
Probably 5-6 are are out completely at the moment?

Great that you post this, if you have any possiblity to add a map it would be very helpful. I totaly lost which pipelines are broken and which are still working

I think the best way is do a delay if the tarrif situation becomes unbearable. I think a way to soften the blow for the backers is instead of shipping in 2 waves do a single wave shipping. And release a beta pdf of the mistborn materials (instead of shipping the books during wave 1).
