It's surreal how people who nourish others&know perfectly well how to cook healthy food without non-stick pans push this garbage.I've only had one non-stick frying pan.It made the food taste weird,so I got rid of it.Stainless steel&enameled Le Creuset style pots are the best.They last a lifetime.
