I can't recommend this book enough. Heartbreaking, yet full of compassion and resilience in our completely broken systems.

When you remember you have a card with approx $100 and absolutely no intention of returning to the US for a while. The only things left to do is treat yourself to a 'free' Saturday of coffee and books.
