Meanwhile, in the kitchen, the seams of a man's underwear and jeans are popping. A tail bulges out of his pants. The popping intensifies. Cut to a big splash page. Fur continues creeping over the first man's face and arms. His ears are growing out with noticeable tufts. The pops are growing more intense. He licks his whiskered lips and calls back to the second man: "Mmmm, smells good! Hope you share some with me!" The second man is bending over with a big gray tail behind him. His ears have the distinctive tufts of a binturong (who, famously, smell like buttered popcorn), with a big black nose and fur down his arms and legs. Tom the human and Bill the anthro tapir are talking to each other, having observed Nick the Griffin transformed into a birdo. Tom turns to Bill, unaware his nose and cheeks are swelling, or that his clothes are disappearing. "So if Nick's a birdo, I guess you'll be a yoshi?" he says, as Bill is Nick's boyfriend. Bill, who is growing sharp teeth and eyebrows, and whose hems of his shirt are becoming spiked collars, looks back in shock and says "Er, Tom? You might wanna..." Next panel. Tom has mostly transformed into a yoshi, with only a bit of hair and ear remaining. "Oh... oh nosh!" he cries, words acquiring a yoshi-timbre to them. "I'm sorry Bill... Bill, an anthro tapir, and Nick, an anthro griffin, each take a bite out of a chocolate bunny, whose eyes are glowing. Bill's ears have turned into bunny ears as white fur pops up everywhere (and a tail pops out of his pants), while the tip of his nose turns pink and two buck teeth pop out (real rabbits don't have those, but easter bunnies do ;3). Nick also has two teeth on the tip of his beak, while whiskers pop out of his cheek, while his ears start to grow.

The buck sniffs Jack, as if searching for something. Jack tentatively asks if the buck likes his scent. The buck hops off, unsatisfied. The buck sniffs Tom, leaning in much closer, slowly making his way up Tom's belly. Tom asks the same, or rather, asks if the buck likes Tom. buck: ✔ The buck licks Tom's face as the fur color begins to change. Male red kangaroos have the distinctive orange color, but females have gray fur. Tom's fur softens into a slightly bluish-red fur, as his/her pupils expand into vacant kangaroo eyes, and a pouch forms on her belly. The buck continues to groom Tom's tail, as Jack watches in mortified awe. Tom looks up at Jack. Tom: <Jack> <arrow into> <pouch> Jack is repulsed. Jack: <no pouch> Tom jumps in front of him. Tom: <Jack> <multiple arrows into> <pouch> Jack hops away. Jack: <flips her off with a kangaroo paw> As Jack hops away, his size suddenly changes. His torso shrinks, his legs weaken, and he tumbles to the ground, a tiny kangaroo joey. Tom is suddenly in front of him, running her paws through his hair. Tom: <joey Jack> <arrow into> <pouch> Jack tries to resist, but the doe is too big and strong for him. She pushes him into her pouch, and then hops away alongside the buck, while Jack fumes. Jack grabs his tail as Tom shrugs off the remains of his shirt, exposing his still-hairless belly, the only part not covered in kangaroo fur. Tom smiles and compliments the beautiful tail. In the process, Jack's shorts, still hanging by the waistline, burst to pieces. Jack scrambles to keep the scraps of his shorts together. Tom enthusiastically takes pulls the scraps off the tail. Jack swipes back at him. Jack: 💩<Tom> Jack: 👕👖→<green human> Tom: 👖❔ Jack's and Tom's torsos shift now, the shoulders shifting and arms moving until their bodies are now properly kangaroo-shaped. Jack's and Tom's backs shift, so that the two of them are completely kangaroo-shaped, save the glasses still on their heads, and the human hair that they've retained. Tom is amused by Jack's flailing about, but then, something catches his attention behind Jack. Jack turns, and sees the male kangaroo from before. buck: 🦘❔

Jack and Tom fully give in to eating grass. Their nails turn sharp and brown. Their words shift, letters taking on the visual characteristics of their meaning. Fur creeps down from around their ears to their chins. Jack: Mmm... grass _is_ good✔ Tom: Hey! Hear that? Water💧 is near! You👂 join👬? Tom hops away, his shorts slipping down his waits to expose a medium-sized tail. Jack looks up, ears alert, a thick tail straining against his pants. Jack: WAIT! TTOM Has 🦘ail! BIG! STOP🟥! Jack clutches his head as words become ideographic, and a dusting of fur creeps along his arms and neck. Jack: JACK-MY- 👨EAD THICK Wording f~~ls wr🚫ng ... w|a| ~~pp~n~ng? Jack suddenly notices his ears, feeling them in his paw-like hands. Jack: 👂❔ 👂❗ He runs to Tom, who is missing his pants and shoes now as he sips from a watering hole. Pawpads have already grown on his feet. Jack's shoes are bulging as well. Jack: ➕🧑🦘❗ 🤝👨‍🦰❗ Tom: 👨‍🦰👅💦❔ Tom continues to look up at Jack from his crouched position, while Jack now notices his paws without thumbs and attempts to persuade Tom. The words are now fully ideograms, and it is more practical now to describe the pictures than translate them to emojis. His and Tom's muzzles are steadily growing out, but neither of them notices, as Jack drops to his knees and complains about a bulge in his pants. Tom leans back on his tail, and is rather enthused that Jack might have a tail of his own. Tom tears his shirt down the middle, not even realizing what he's doing. Sure enough, the tail gains strength and pushes forcefully at the shorts, straining them and tearing them until it finally bursts free. Meanwhile, his feet continue to change and finish their transition into kangaroo feet.
