They'd gain more in the taur half. Your stomach doesn't actually absorb anything really. It is just there to excrete acids and turn things to slush. Your intentestines absorb nutrients.
And given a majority of the intentestines are in the taur half, they'd gain there first, then the upper half.

Honestly just would not recommend reddit in general. I would totally post this under gts cause almost anything can go there as size difference.
Sadly for Unbirth fans most don't see the insertion as "unbirth" rather that is reserved for if a character goes all the way to the womb.

I imagine the top half would spasm normally, while the taur half would do the muscle jolt where it looks like their entire lower half is doing this weird wavy dance across their skin and have to sit down.

Sometimes I like to think about how crazy a cow taur would truly be. Four stomachs for the bottom cow half, and then one on top depending on what the mix might be, or perhaps up to eight if it's a full on cow on top cow on bottom.

I find that stepping away for a bit, enjoying other content such as stuffing or size growth, tends to help rekindle that kind of love. That or big snuggling / smothering content helps too.
