I lost mine of 7 years a bit ago and yeah it fucking sucks, but at least one good thing came out of it which is I no longer have any interest in going on that website anymore and no longer feel beholden in anyway to Meta and Mark fucking Zuckerberg. I honestly think that improved my mental a lot
