i've heard you get better vagus nerve (parasympathetic regulator) stimulation with longer exhales than inhales,
you could modulate box breathing to inhale 4, hold to comfort, exhale 8.
but yeah, the great thing about breathing exercises is that any amount is a good thing!

I generally go to sleep around 10 or 11, but like to keep my dietary intake within an 6-8 hour window if I can help it.
Gotta stay flexible to the needs of each day, but Intermittent Fasting as a trend has lots of benefits.
