Greystar is Satan, but not alone. Every property management company no matter the size is exactly the same. If you need a job, look elsewhere, you have everything to lose.

They will smile in your face and tell you that you deserve what’s happening to you. They have a meticulous system in place to make sure you’re a soulless shill and when you indicate in any way that you’re not, they will punish you in every way they can, the more permanent the better.

Everyone who hires you knowing you’re homeless is exploiting you for it, paying you pennies instead of dollars. Greystar knows this and it’s the point. Evil always helps out other evil. This company will gleefully ruin as many years of your life as they can. They know what they are and are proud.

You can’t get an apartment with an eviction and money owed and nobody will hire you when you’re homeless unless you lie about having an address. If you’re caught lying because you HAVE TO, the money you’re saving to get out of danger goes away.

I am a hair’s breadth from homeless, destitute, and will not be allowed to have a home again until I pay these criminals what they have legally stolen from me. I’m at the mercy of Airbnb hosts.

I’ve reviewed my lease and see nothing that indicates this can be done, but I can’t afford the kind of lawyers they can. Again they know it. Apparently, this isn’t illegal like in any decent society you could have imagined.

They are absolute evil.

“You signed it!” they will say with a smirk, knowing perfectly well you’re only applying there because you desperately need the discounted rent because you can’t afford what they’ve colluded with RealPage to artificially inflate the market to.

They could have let me reside there until December and get their money… but it wasn’t money they wanted, but to punish anyone who sees them for what they are. They know every poor person dying on the street that their employees and renters walk past allows them to raise rents and lower wages.

When I refused to simply, in service of their obscene profits, move onto the sidewalk, they served me with papers. I can still barely believe it as I type it. I was forced from my home…. Then charged for the rest of the lease, which for employees ends on December 31.

A few weeks later, upon finding a place to go, I left under voluntary circumstances and I was then charged SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS as an “Early Termination Fee!”

They don’t even try and hide it. They will either fire you or drive you to quit. I gave them two weeks notice, and they fired me anyway. I lived on property and had my housing taken away and they tried to throw me on the street.

Your phone is constantly being blown up with shitty comments insulting you for not yet doing something you absolutely did and they either didn’t bother to check or have decided to lie about, creating the pretense to fire you.
