Been awhile! I’ve been focusing on my life outside of social media for the most part, in addition to trying out a healthier lifestyle. I’ve lost around 30lbs since the end of February, and my goal is to hit under 200lbs! Feeling better in my body has been so rewarding!

I decided yesterday that instead of doomscrolling, I’m going to give my attention to research topics I think of. Better to learn than constantly doom and gloom.
