I worked long enough for an airline to be able to fly anywhere, anytime for free, but it is often not that simple! Flew from Seattle to D.C. yesterday, then took another flight to Texas. Around 12 hours total with layovers, but I got home. Doesn't always work.

Mental health. Walking three miles a day helps. Trying to feel each toe as it touches the ground. Listening to my neighborhood birds, from the grackles in the yard to the hawks circling overhead and the jays yelling about them. Admiring the landscape plants that always present their best. Breathing.

Water. My son got me measuring the amount I drink every day. 1 gallon, mas y menos. Big results in health. Blood work much easier now! Tech said I have good veins! Tolerate heat much better(it's getting hotter if you haven't noticed). Elimination greatly improved! That's my two cents for the day.
