DEI is about making real efforts to be inclusive of those who reflect the fabric of 🇺🇸. No one ever said: pick one to lose one… if that’s the CEO’s or corporate rationale 🤔 then that exposes their inner motives and lack of value for those who do not look like them. #Cowards do not lead with truth.
