My journey trying to cancel TNT Sports with BT (Easy to cancel online? Yeah right!)

💖 to the customer service person who helped me though.
Me trying to cancel TNT Sports: Go to cancel page. Plain doesn't work. Check help page. Follow instructions "Easily cancel online!". End up on same page. Check another help page. "You can't cancel online. Call us." (?????) Call. Stuck on hold. Google "Why can't I cancel TNT sports online?" Find a really arcane and bizarre answer. Open online chat with a customer service toaster and tell it I want to cancel TNT sports. Toaster tells me to call. Click "Still need help". Toaster asks what with. Account and Billing. Finally get to a real person instead of online AI shite. Name. Phone Number (Will be fun as I lose that tomorrow with a renewal). 2 factor PIN number. What's wrong? "Want to cancel" Customer service does customer service things. "Do you want to put in a complaint?" Nah, just please fix the TNT sports portal. All done! Easy to cancel my arse!
