Ja ganz genau ! Man fühlt es dann halt nicht mehr so... das ist nicht das gleiche. Schlimm ist auch, wenn man selbst und seine Freunde es zu ganz unterschiedlichen Zeiten unterschiedlich fühlen 😩

Es ist irgendwie episch schade ;^; ich wäre echt gerne etwas beständiger TT^TT Es gibt ja schon ein paar Kontinuitäten... aber so voll hyped sind die dann auch nicht

On a brighter note: Returning to an old fandom after many years always feels like coming home. It's such a joy to rediscover everything. That mix of nostalgia and wonder as you take in all the changes, new media, and fan works that got out while you were away. I truly love it!!

It's also hard to make plans. There's going to be a cool (insert fandom)-themed event in one or two years??? How wonderful!!! However I have no idea if my passion will still be strong enough by then to feel truly excited about it. Will it still feel worth the time, money, and effort to attend?

Another downside is the sad feeling you experience when you notice your passion for your current favorite fading, even though you'd love to stay longer. I'm never ready to say goodbye, and I always feel sorry for the people I've met in those fandoms when I eventually end up leaving again.
