First fix:
For the mouse mouse: Leave 'natural scroll' at default, Install the ‘Mos’ app and check 'reverse scroll'. This SHOULD fix the mouse scroll without breaking touch. 'Launch at login' will make sure it's always run and set. See the image for my scrolling settings in the 'Advanced' section
