Agreed. But impeaching and removing him from office requires Senate Republicans, not independent voters leaning toward the Dem party.

One explanation I heard today from a member of Congress: Ghislaine Maxwell was appealing her conviction- so files could not be released while that was pending. In October of this year, the Supreme Court declined to hear her appeal, so that’s over and files can now be released.
