That's not home ownership, that's just a different version of renting with a lot more responsibility for upkeep and repairs. Plus, as a bonus you get to work until you are 80 if you "buy" at 30, just to keep making payments monthly.

So based on this it sounds like if you are high enough in the org chart you can still request remote work, guidance pending, thus avoiding any costs associated with commuting or loss of personal time spent commuting. Of course everyone else will get that privilege.

Stand up to the impulse to bend the knee and show other billionaires it can be done. Then use your voice to support those most at risk (funds would be good too). Communicate the harms that are coming and tie it to the admin like an anchor. They have to own what is to come.

I've also seen hints of Easter starting. Valentine's hit some stores mid-December and will leave by the end of January, which means if you shop last minute your Valentine's gift may be bunny related.

I trained my dogs that when I say "TV" after a doorbell sound it means it isn't real, so they no longer jump up to bark. Have I occasionally said it when it was the doorbell, just to avoid the barking? Sure. Also now I say it whenever I hear a doorbell on TV, so the training worked both ways.
