I honestly don't think thats the case. I think the guy is just a moron. He stood in front of a vehicle just not thinking. When things 'escalated' and the vehicle came towards him, he fired. But like I said, he had time to fire and dodge the car. So he clearly didn't need to fire

Although, I agree, she likely didn't see him. Plus he clearly dodged the car no problem and still managed to kill her, so it wasn't that close

... waymo has almost 5M miles driven, has had 5 accidents involving serious injury, 1 of them was fatal.
All 5 of those were determined to be the fault of the driver of the other car.
The only thing that MIGHT make these cars more dangerous, at times, is idiots not following road rules.

Russia is back to good ole fashioned cavalry assaults. There are literally videos from last week of them doing horseback assaults.
