Did you ever go in? Did I miss anything good?

Before the Dutch Pancake House was there. I always asked if we could go in. I’ve still never had one

The Brownlee brothers are worth a shout out, especially as they’re British. But yes, this is rare

I worked with a Scot who saw Hemel Hempstead written for the first time on a roadsign as we drove to London. He'd always assumed it was Hamel Hampstead and people were trying to be posh

Questions that are hard to answer. Why would Alex be any closer to Marc than he was last year? Has Marco made the bike his, hurting Jorge’s chances? Will the riders with one-year contracts manage to go hard enough before silly season to get another year? I can’t wait for everything to start tomorrow

Jorge could also take positions off both of them once he is up to speed, frustrating whoever is trailing in the points when that happens. If things are still close that will add spice but if there’s already a big gap then it will help whoever is leading

So that leaves us with Pecco and Marc. Pecco must believe that Marc is unbeatable at the left-hand circuits so Pecco has to start the season winning on the clockwise circuits otherwise it doesn’t look like it will even be close. Marc being fast on a Friday is another sign he will dominate

At Ducati, the redistribution of talent to other teams and the drop to 6 bikes has weakened their potential winners pool. The satellite riders all have potential for the odd win but have been erratic in recent seasons. Without a change in consistency, none of them can seriously challenge season long

Aprilia are very hard to call with Jorge’s unfortunate winter. Ai and Marco adapted well which is a good sign. Jorge was already downplaying expectations before the accident(s) but the silver lining is that he can truly return and enjoy riding with no title pressure. He may still influence results

KTM ‘s 2 best riders are in the factory team with 2 more top riders at Tech 3. I can’t see either Maverick or Enea changing their style to completely ape Pedro and Brad, so unless KTM brings something new then neither will match the factory riders. I hope Enea isn’t a repeat of Zarco at KTM 🙏

Testing can be misleading but I don’t believe KTM, Yamaha or Honda have made a big step. The Japanese factories will be closer to KTM though and will continue to make improvements through the year. Their improved performance in the second half of the season might make things interesting
