Still enjoying it, but have noticed a couple of inaccuracies. Most recently, when talking of a Christmas mass, the author mentions the congregation sitting in pews, which would not have been done in the 1300s. Laity would stand during the mass. There might be seats for clergy and the old/infirm.

It is an excellent book. I read it earlier this year.
