Let's check out the final page reveal. John and Sarah seemingly escaped the Sick and retreated to the roof for a few moments of rest. He and Natalie would come to this town when they needed to get away. These moments give Sarah a chance to remember her and what they've lost since The Blast.

Let's check out the penultimate page from our comic book preview reveal for The Day Everything Changed! There were more Sick in the apartment room than Sarah and John thought. They eliminate a few, but more ran after Sarah, getting substance on her arm while John handles them.
