Today has been a day of listening to Hiroshi Yoshimura. As we head into unpredictable and scary times, I have found his music to be therapeutic. I don’t often share publicly that I struggle with anxiety and depression, but I fear that the old stigmas are once again being promoted by those in office.

I absolutely adore Adam and Swervedriver and this video just made me so happy. Anyone who has ever tried to learn these songs by yourself knows how frustrating it could be to figure them out. This is a perfect example of “work smarter, not harder.” Enjoy!
