Ik hoop heel hard dat men in de coalitie nog eens goed nadenkt. Dat iets modieus is houdt niet in dat we het gewoon maar moeten gaan doen. AI is heel krachtige en uiteindelijk veelbelovende technologie, maar het is ook een soort handgranaat op onze economie, samenleving en klimaat. Dat vergt een betere analyse dan “let’s go!!”. Ondertussen zijn de wereldwijde investeringen in AI echt krankzinnig, en lukt het partijen voornamelijk nog om in elkaar te investeren, waardoor dezelfde 300 miljard dollar maar rond blijft gaan:

Deze dienst ondersteunt de digitalisering Rijksbreed, stelt kwaliteitsstandaarden op en borgt goede ontwerpkeuzes. We verminderen afhankelijkheid van externe IT-leveranciers door meer IT-talent in dienst van het Rijk te nemen. We maken verantwoorde inzet van data en AI binnen de overheid mogelijk.
