When MCTS driver Roberta O. saw a military veteran on her Route 18 bus in medical distress, she didn’t hesitate. She called it in to Dispatch, stayed calm, and made sure the man got the care he needed. This is what #MCTSExcellence looks like!

One of my favorite memories of riding MCTS is when my father worked 2nd shift and my mother worked 3rd shift, but their shifts overlapped. We would ride the bus with mom to her work and get donuts. My dad would drop the car off for mom (they kissed) and we would ride the bus back home with dad.
