I missed that bit of news. Wow, down to 17 coasters from the peak of 20. I feel bad for SFMM marketing teams who hyped up that most coasters in the world stat quite a lot.

With quite a few rides missing and replaced with walk throughs there won't be as much for kids to do.

Is it me or is the Speedy Gonzales coaster also missing in this new map?

It's Taco Tuesday.
Bagel Buesday? That's just silly. Go have a taco.

Tweety's will be a sad loss. A unique ride vehicle perfectly themed for the area. It sucked to operate since there'd always be a kid bouncing on the other side making it hard to open the cage door, but as a parent and theme park fan I appreciate this one a lot. Sad to see it go.

I really appreciate Knott's effort to ensure no blank black hallways.

Also I love the entrance is a life guard tower you walk up the ramp to enter.

I've had these ones got nuts, but it was back when they were new. Luck of the draw I guess plus weight distribution.

I chatted with Jeff Tucker after seeing the show and he clued me into the show being part of larger world building. So when the maze popped up I connected it immediately. But most people didn't have that extra hint. I agree something to give the key clue would help.

The world building goes back several years. One year they did a show in the Mystery Lodge theater that involved a tech company in the 80s wanting to get more influence and power. They found the book and read it and of course bad things happened. It was all connected and quite ambitious.

The connecting theme is the evil book. You start with dumb teens reading it at a campout and then see all the times throughout history its evil has been unleashed. They used to do a tiny show of the teens reading in the campfire though that slowed the line.

Even so never go on Saturday.

Oooh yeah Saturdays are rough for FF.

The arrows keep changing direction through the maze and head to exits. This looks like an emergency evacuation plan.

Bored monsters are the best.

That is rather lame. When I saw it in March they didn't have Mickey disappear from the top and appear down below, and Maleficent didn't rise up. I hope these cost cutting measures stop. Perform it less often if money is an issue, but when you perform it, perform it right.

Wait time for that one is super inflated. We saw 120 listed and were in the maze in 20.

Yes!

Worked great for me. Got through Terrifier with a 2 minute wait and walked into Poltergeist twice without anyone ahead of us. On the long walk back saw a massive endless stream of people heading there.
