“Scientific orthodoxy” isn’t a thing. Scientists don’t just “believe” things. They experiment, measure, and report the best conclusion their data allows. When medical researchers say that there’s no evidence vaccines cause autism, it’s because there’s no evidence vaccines cause autism.
