Whether or not Richardson can stop missing those gimmes will prob determine whether or not he keeps the job. Colts can be more patient with the intermediate accuracy but the short stuff has to improve quickly.

And this is a super solid drive! Looked much sharper hitting what should be staples for him (deep in breaker to Pittman, Mitchell crosser). He’s at his best when he plays quickly imo.
