Doesn’t California has a problem with physicians making too many “medical exemptions”? There are parts of the westside of Los Angeles where vaccination rates are terrible.

Hopefully sanity prevails once the case is started and the parties then do an easement or redo the boundary line.

Then you get to negotiate whether the easement runs with the land and the comedy that ensues.
