it sucks, because I am enjoying Arc Raiders, without wanting to talk about, or recommend it to anyone. Also it is absolutely not a game where *any* VO is necessary, and in fact I click through it all as quickly as possible (it's all just questgiver gumph where you just want to know what to do)..

It's worth getting to the thing he says last, imo, about where he sees the future of this tech going. It's very telling.

<3 passing this on to our 13 year old who still asks about this game roughly once a week. Don't work too hard Adam! <3

Lots of my other faves here too. I'd recommend Saya Gray's debut.

Yesss! That Divorce album is so good. I couldn't stop listening to it.

fwiw, I really liked the original typography without any stroke.

nah, pansies don't live THAT long (at least not in my snail infested garden) - although the last one only died a few winters ago.

I would love to rewatch this whole talk someday. It really was proper magic.

I am tapping out - I do not want heating my house to be a homebrew hobby.

yeah that's what I would expect, but ours has just silently stopped working, with no indication that it isn't any more.

Didn't see any emails, but my inbox is a shitshow. I feel like the thermostat on the wall is the thing that should have let us know? I also feel like, why does it stop working at all? The thermostat and the heat link talk to each other directly without the need for internet.

No indication from the Nest thermostat that it had been discontinued, or was no longer controlling the boiler valve. Proper garbage. Blanket ban on household smart devices from now on! Grrr!
