Scotland voted against it, ‘buyers remorse’ going on in England where the main parties won’t entertain another Referendum

No coincidence then that the Green Party is fasting growing party in England

Trump‘s pal Farage has 5 MPs but gets amplified daily in MSM here

Reached same as when my grandmother used to say: “I’m too old to care anymore…”

But, I’m adding“…about offending prejudicial populists…”

Footnote:
Tragedy & Comedy analyse the same Themes: the 1st impacts the audience with Sadness; the 2nd has them laughing at there so-called ‘Betters’

The core of the best Comedy is Paradox for it puts Realities on the high-wire without benefit of a safety net for its Subjects

Like Labour’s Change

Carts and horses: Populism realised that turnout at elections averaged 60%+ and as witnessed first with Brexit then Trump the 40% who rarely if ever voted were targeted online with messaging tailored to their prejudices

Labour now on this bandwagon

Apathy is now with regular voters

We need Indy

Apparently Sarwar & Co have been busy deleting tweets supporting WASPI campaign because ‘Change’ means ‘Erase the Past’.

Labour’s pre-election slogan ‘Change’ has rapidly decomposed into ‘Absurdity’: Labour vote to keep kids and pensioners in Poverty but blame others for leaving them no ‘Choice’.

So point fingers and blame others for ‘Change’ become Thatcherite Choices.

Then insist the Scots government fixes it.

Hey Mick 😎

Musk has gone full circle: from his family fortune being squeezed out of the Apartheid System to his fortune being enhanced by Trump’s quid pro quo grifts.

I’ve lived and worked in London on 2 occasions: first in early 70s; 2nd mid-80s.

Auld enough to remember ‘working class Tory voters’ in Scotland.

Certain dots connect All: royalists, dismissive of ‘foreign’ influences & people, pride in being ‘British’ and not something ‘Other’.

👍We have elections for Scotland’s Parliament in 26…

We have BBC and most print platform news owned by private individuals registered in London…

We have a Westminster parliament exploiting our natural renewable energy resources and cash cow high taxed Food & Drink…

You’re following Independistas😎

Noticing more and more that BBC, SkyNews….etc…. are breaking ‘POVERTY’ into various parts: ‘FOOD POVERTY’, ‘FUEL POVERTY’, ‘HEALTH POVERTY’…and so on….

POVERTY= HAVING NO MONEY TO PAY FOR LIFE’S ESSENTIAL NEEDS IE: FOOD, FUEL, RENT, HEALTH…

I’m OK. Still enjoying retirement. The bridge in pic still has the original hand crank mechanism for opening closing but can only be used with prior permission from Canal authority.
Further east on the canal are these from Celtic mythology…

Hey Jean😃
Where horses used to pull barges full of goods, is now popular with walkers and cyclists.

The canal attracts fishermen/women and small yachts….
The wee drawbridge I took sunset pic from opening to let sailor through😎

View- just behind my house- of the canal that links the River Forth on Scotland’s east coast with the River Clyde on the west and runs just south of the historic wall built by the Romans and named after their emperor Hadrian.

Unfiltered ☺️
