This reminds me of videos of Russian police arresting protesters in Moscow and Saint Petersburg shortly after Putin resumed his invasion of Ukraine in 2024, but the Russian police were not quite as disorganized and violent. The Russian forces had more experience with this sort of thing.

I did once get to meet Harris and attended a few seminar lectures. Like Chomsky, he always had an answer for any objections or doubts about his approach. He was one of the giants, but now largely forgotten.

Yes, there will be three more years of crises that Trump himself creates. He will then find ways to repair at least some of the damage. Critics will keep focusing on the crises. Trump supporters will keep pointing out that he has solved more crises than Democrats ever did. 🤔
