Ukraine agreed to a US proposal for 30-day ceasefire, in turn the US agreed to lift the suspension on intelligence sharing and resume weapons shipments. Russia state Duma declared it doesn’t agree to a ceasefire. But if someone lifts some of their sanctions, they’d think about it.
