Look I've been holding off from months asking this on Bluesky because of my pride but I need help.

My car needs brakes, my rent is past due and my step kid needs shoes.

I hate having to ask this

Same, but also true of all of the stuff I've written - every session of my own adventures has been unique in one way or another. Comparable outcomes, sure - but how they get there has always been different.

Personally, I thrive on that - thwart me! Make me rewrite on the fly!

OK, so I'm insane. 😜

Bat your eyelashes innocently elsewhere, SIR.

It was everything a pun should be - it made me feel admiration and loathing all at once.

I only know you parasocially, of course, but I think you're being way too mean to yourself.

And again, thanks to everyone at @montecookgames.com for such a great experience at GameHole. Y'all rock.

End thread.

Kudos to @shannagermain.bsky.social for the writing on the adventure, "All's Well," getting that across. But to be a little immodest, I'm also proud that I did a good enough job as the GM to get it across, too.

Experiences like this are why I Game.

One character of the party of 5 asked "Do you think this means we'll die too?"

One of the cursed characters replied, "No, because we're not doing it alone."

For someone who isn't really familiar with the podcast to SO TOTALLY NAIL THE THEME WITH THAT ONE LINE was such an amazing feeling!

At some point when I've regenerated my brain, I'd love to talk about it.

Oh man, such an open-ended question! At the moment my brain’s a little too fried to answer well (ran 2 4-hour sessions b2b because I’m a dolt) but didn’t want to ignore your question.

Are you currently GMing it, playing it, or looking to get into it?
