I’d really like to know how they manage to have this team under the salary cap. There has to be some monkey business involved with offshore accounts or something. Zero North American players in the match day squad. A bad look for an American league.

There’s a big lack of credibility in mls. It’s cheaper than hiring actual people I’m assuming. But in the long run you’re settling for vanilla regurgitation of what’s already known. No nuance or thoughtful insight.

I still don’t understand why MLS doesn’t get Goal Line Technology. It’s used in the best leagues in the world. Which maybe explains why they don’t. I’m sure it’s because they say it’s too expensive, but that’s a bad excuse.

I remember scuba diving off the coast of Vancouver Island when between dives we saw a humpback whale. We spent ah hour watching it, when it finally came up to our boat and coasted by waving a fin. It was one of the best experiences of my life.
