I own a towing company and grew up in the trucking industry. Every “American” truck brand named has manufacturing plants outside the US. Isuzu, a Japanese company, has plants inside the US. There are virtually no big truck companies that aren’t American, make trucks outside of US, and ship them in.

This was almost 10 years ago.

Cant F-ing believe Ive been contemplating taking these off my company profile for fear its used against me by the government. If it was only me I’d never, but having a 1 year old changes the calculations. How sad that doing what’s best for the family means hiding my ethnicity and belief in = rights.

People are afraid to talk to their own friends and family. If you can’t try and swing those closest to you, how can you try and swing anyone else? But they need to step up and actively and consistently engage in those tough conversations.
