I was diagnosed with prostate cancer...my Gleason score was 4+3= 7. Had several PSA tests that went up and then down. I HAD NO SYMPTOMS up to and including diagnosis.
My point: Stop looking to blame or conspiracy. We tend to elect older men to the presidency.
