I prefer “Murdered with government permission”. It is more descriptive of the heinous act and casts proper blame.

That is how I see the film. I am not an expert but this is clearly excessive force and a crime committed by government agents. To what crime? That is up to the state prosecutors. The falsehoods by government officials in charge should be addressed by a congressional committee.

She is beautiful. Great job! This is my Snoopy. He was in a puppy mill for three years. He didn’t wag his tail for a month. But he is settling in and after 6 months he knows now he has a permanent family.
